Explanation of the reason for the suggested change:
The author of this proposal, for transforming it in a Brazilian Standard (ABNT/BR) had to translate to the Portuguese the previous OAIS document ISO 14721:2012, which contains the document CCSDS 650.0-M-2. The proposal being made in this current RID has the intention to significantly facilitate the reader by guaranteeing, to a best possible extent, that the list of ACRONYMS AND ABBREVIATIONS offered by the document is sufficient for making its contents more easily understandable, since the context of the document is widely complex and may involve this type of information that may not be easily found from external contexts.

DOCUMENT NUMBER: CCSDS 650.0-P-2.1 RP 20-25
DOCUMENT NAME: Ref. Model for an Open Archival Information System
DATE ISSUED: October 2020
PAGE NUMBER: 1-6 PARAGRAPH NUMBER: Sub-section 1.6.1
RID SHORT TITLE: Completeness of ACRONYMS AND ABBREVIATIONS
------------------------------------------------------------------
DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED CHANGE:(Use From: "..." To "..." format)

It is proposed a careful review of the whole document, compared
with the existing list of ACRONYMS AND ABBREVIATIONS of Subsection
1.6.1, so that a best possible assurance may be found that,
hopefully, no missing DEFINITION(s) of ACRONYM(s) or
ABBREVIATION(s) is (are) not left behind, so that, otherwise, may
be worth adding to the current, existing list. It has to be taken
into account that, otherwise, there may be missing definitions of
this type that may be important and that may not be easily found, otherwise.

JUSTIFICATION: The author of this proposal, for transforming it in
a Brazilian Standard (ABNT/BR) had to translate to the Portuguese
the previous OAIS document ISO 14721:2012, which contains the
document CCSDS 650.0-M-2. The proposal being made in this current
RID has the intention to significantly facilitate the reader by
guaranteeing, to a best possible extent, that the list of ACRONYMS
AND ABBREVIATIONS offered by the document is sufficient for making
its contents more easily understandable, since the context of the document is widely complex and may involve this type of
information that may not be easily found from external contexts.

This is done as a matter of course.
It would help if the author of the RID could point out something specific.

COMMENT: Also in this case, INPE is not in a condition to perform this task as a result of the pandemic related home-office regime which is in practice in INPE since last year. There is no sufficient human resource for performing this specific task as it would be required for. In this case, the amount of work which is required is sensibly smaller than that required for BUGS 326 and 327, although not negligible, again, due to the large amount of DEFINITION(s) of ACRONYM(s) or ABBREVIATION(s) which are in used in the OAIS document.
Comment 5 Eduardo Bergamini (eduardo.w.bergamini) 2021-04-06 20:58:42 UTC
This reviewer agrees with what is commented by the Coordinator of the Review in COMMENTS 3 and 4, therefore, this reviewer considers that no omission is occurring and that, in his understanding, the issue is solved.

Thank you for the opportunity.
